A personal introduction
Discuss how an individual can connect with ART’s intake team through a clear, consent-based process.
A HUMAN FIRST STEP · TORONTO & ONTARIO
I’m Karl. After a long struggle with addiction and treatment centres across North America, something finally clicked. I’ve been clean for 15 years. If you’re wondering where to start, we can begin with a conversation.

WHEREVER YOU ARE RIGHT NOW
There’s no single starting point. Choose the situation that feels closest to yours.
You may be ready to act, or just trying to understand the process. We can talk through your questions and how to connect with intake.

“I struggled for a long time. I went to many rehabs across North America. Finally, something clicked. I’ve been clean for 15 years.”
That is the experience I bring to our conversation. I can help you understand the intake process and offer a personal introduction to Addiction Rehab Toronto when you want one. You can ask questions without committing to treatment.
My role is navigation and connection. ART’s clinical and admissions team assesses treatment needs, explains options, and checks costs and coverage.
Connect with meA SIMPLE WAY FORWARD
Send an email request below. I’ll reply by email, and we can start with your questions. There’s no need to send your whole story.
We can discuss how an introduction to ART works and prepare questions about care, cost, family support, and timing.
If you want to explore ART, I connect you with its intake team. They handle assessment, program suitability, pricing, and insurance verification.
FOR FAMILIES & LOVED ONES
Helping someone you care about can bring difficult questions. You can seek information and support even while they are deciding what to do.
Talk about someone I loveHow do I show care without enabling?
How can I bring up treatment?
Where can our family find support?
ART has shared a free online Family Enhancement Program covering questions like these. Ask about its current schedule and how to join.
Ask about family supportTHE TREATMENT CONNECTION
ART is a private treatment centre in Etobicoke. Its team can explain the care available and assess whether a program is appropriate for you.
Explore ART’s websiteART states that it accepts private insurance and that its services are not covered by OHIP. Coverage depends on your plan. Ask intake to confirm eligibility, approval requirements, and any costs you would pay before making a commitment.
You are free to contact ART directly or explore other providers.

For HR teams, benefits representatives, and union member-support teams exploring a route to treatment intake.
For employers & unionsDiscuss how an individual can connect with ART’s intake team through a clear, consent-based process.
Program availability, benefits verification, admission requirements, and treatment costs belong in the conversation with ART.
Start with a general inquiry. Please don’t send an employee’s or member’s medical information through this website.
BEFORE WE TALK
No. You can start by asking questions. A conversation with me does not commit you or your loved one to a program.
Yes. We can discuss your questions and how to connect with support. Please avoid sending someone else’s medical or insurance information. Any introduction or sharing of personal details needs appropriate consent.
That needs to be checked for your particular plan and the proposed program. ART’s intake team can help verify coverage. Acceptance of private insurance is not a promise of full coverage.
You can explore other services. ConnexOntario provides free information about mental health and addiction services in Ontario, including options beyond private treatment.
This is a navigation and referral service, not clinical care or crisis support. If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911. Do not wait for an email response.
